The rights of grandparents

Responsibility : Ministère de la Justice

Even if you have disagreements with your former spouse after separating, you must remember that your children are still entitled to see their grandparents. You cannot, without a serious reason, do anything to undermine your children’s personal relationship with their grandparents.

In the event of a disagreement, your children’s grandparents can apply to the court to grant visiting or outing rights.
