If a change affects the situation of separated parents or that of their children, or if the circumstances otherwise warrant a review of the corrollary measures fixed by the court, including the amount and terms of payment of child support, the former spouses can apply for a variation order.
A family mediator or a legal adviser can help former spouses negotiate a fair agreement and, if applicable, complete the appropriate form for determination of the child support payments.
Note
Corollary relief covers several aspects of separation, including child support, custody and access rights.
